I stared straight up and seem to notice the wonderful clouds up there
So clear, so blue, and as the child says...puffy
I wondered freely in the world,
so jolly, yet not caring about where I am
As if I have the world in my hands,
I stared. Awed. Fooled.
But out of the blue,
comes the dark, unwanted, but heck.
The sky suddenly changed it's mood
From being so blue, it turns black...still, puffy
Goodbye for now, jolly blue sky.
Hello, sorrowful black sky.
Then into a rain when it bursts.
When it didn't seem to take the burden it carries
But deep within those black clouds,
shines the sun, waiting to burst it's majestic rays upon me.
Then little by little,
the world sees that jolly blue sky once again,
Then illumine this dark engulfed world of ours
Then it'll shine again, much brighter than the first.
So jolly, so blue and yet puffy.
I am happy,
soon I will be sad,
distressed with what the world has to give
But it'll end soon enough,
I will stand again,
Smile to the world,
just like the clouds that turned black from blue
and yet shone more majestically,
and brighter than before.
Then we face the world,
shout to it,
"BRING IT ON!"
